A little info on how we came to be...

Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me

You satisfy the hungry heart with gifts of finest wheat

Let there be peace on earth the peace that was meant to be

Come give to us oh saving Lord the bread of live to eat

As God as our father, children all are we, let us walk with

each other in perfect har-mon-ey!!!!

Many wonder where Peaceful Wheat feeds a Hungry Heart came from...well of course from the heart of God as imparted to 4 of his servants, former nuns...It was one day not to long ago as Pope Abrary (her name has been changed) was peacefully working, and reading in the book of Maccabees in the Promise Land and a tune had come to her head and she emailed it to her "sisters".  Then the lovely sister who is now our Missions/Church Plant director added in another little ditty that we all grew up with.  The following day I was sitting quietly at work having just finished another chapter in Hail Holy Queen when a vision came to me to combine these two memorable songs and make them my own.  I thought it would end there and alas I felt the call to start a ministry and leave my job, I have since done so.  My faithful, older and wiser sisters have since joined me and all play a very integral role.  I am Sister Mary Merlot.  I am also the Lead Choir Director, song writer and soon to be Organ Player, once I raise the funds to purchase one.  As time goes on I will have my sisters tell you all more about themselves...We have had many experiences, I have seen the Virgin Mary in my wheat toast, I have thought about selling it on ebay and giving the money to the ministry or using it to purchase the organ, but unfortunately I got hungry and ate it.  Pope Abrary has seen her on the side of a building near her office, and that was only in one day.  Well I am going to work on some new music for you all to enjoy.  Have a lovely day and evening.  Blessings, Sister Mary Merlot...
